Information we collect
Alliance Concrete Ready Mix & Materials, Inc. collects information you submit through our project-pricing, contact, and credit-application processes. This may include contact and company information, project details, plans or specifications, financial and trade references, dates of birth, tax identifiers, and Social Security numbers when supplied in a credit application.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate and administer credit, coordinate concrete supply, maintain customer and project records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service.
Sensitive credit information
Sensitive credit fields are restricted to authorized administrative users and are masked by default in the CRM. Social Security numbers submitted online are encrypted before database storage. Do not send Social Security numbers by ordinary email.
Plans and uploaded files
Files submitted with a project-pricing request are stored outside the public website directory and are available only through authenticated administrative access.
Sharing
Alliance does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, credit references, financial institutions, legal or regulatory authorities, and other parties when reasonably necessary to process a request, evaluate credit, protect rights, or comply with law.
Retention and security
We retain information for operational, contractual, legal, and recordkeeping needs. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may use the downloadable paper credit application if you prefer not to submit sensitive credit information online. To ask about information you submitted, call (832) 780-2363 or email info@alliancereadymix.us.
